Cravens Consultants, Inc. was established in 1987 to provide specialized services in the vocational rehabilitation community such as vocational rehabilitation reporting, researching, job placement counseling, job analysts and RU94 specialists. As demands in the industry for higher levels of expertise presented itself, Cravens Consultants, Inc. welcomed the challenges with enthusiasm and in the process has achieved an outstanding reputation for providing excellent quality of work, along with reliable and dependable services to our clients.
In 1999, Cravens Consultants, Inc. began specializing in Early Return to Work which evolved into the Supplemental Job Displacement Benefits (SJDB) process beginning in 2004. Our primary function is to create results by assertively negotiating and educating employers regarding the benefits of offering temporary, permanent and/or regular work offers.
